I remember around five years ago when one of friend come to our home. I was still a single and stayed in one house with six others friend and all of our status were single. When a guest came and stayed with my friend in his room for few days. He was an employee of a futures trading company.

When someday we gather and stay in front of television, he talked about his profession and for further conversation was jut him and my friend. But sometime we found or heard that the way used by agency is too rough so it’s hurt the customer’s feeling. When we try to look new job may be we can ask to our friends or look on some sites that have information about available jobs. The internet technology has changes the jobs information to be easier to published and accessed by everyone.

The benefit is not just for the job seeker but for company as well. If we are job seeker we can put our resume to some job sites for reference and if we are as company representative, we can take reference from Austin resumes or other famous sites resumes data base. This way will cut off recruitment lead time and the make everything become faster and simple process so the jobs hunting will always has a good dynamic movement.
