Now credit card is a part of human life especially for businessman, marketing or every one who basically has good financial foundation. They use credit card for pay some stuff or service that used in related to complete their personal need or supporting their business. We know the benefit of credit card which we can delay our payment at least until next month.   Day by day, banks aggressively make movement offering credit card application for every one based on their account data base. This movement makes some people become happy and other peoples feel be disturbed because of bank promotion system. People happy because they get more chance to have credit card even actually they never need it completely.  

There some big effect for bank related the growing of credit card usage, first if we see from bank profit side that’s mean the increasing of profit but in other side banks face negative effect that actually the number of bad credit loans is growing bigger every years. This negative effect can make unstable of bank foundation. So if you are one of person who black listed on bank list because of bad credit loans or payment, you could be have  a problem with your financial service on the future because you should pay anything with cash or no credit anymore. Man’s Health

Health is biggest asset for every one and it can be replaced buy money or anything else. For a man, health is not just good body shape or handsome face but it should be all components including cleaning of body, have good body immunity, good body organs functions and the important is good mind. We know now that most of people have high depression because of work, education problem or family problem. Those problems make people under high stress and if this stress can’t be well managed, it could be a big problem for our health.     

  

We need to take an option for our health, do prevention action or correction action. If you choose prevention action, you should do these:

  • Always eat some food contained from nutrition that body needed
  • Doing sport regularly may be twice for a week. No need heavy sport but you can do simple one like fast walk or running. You better do it in the morning when the air is still in good quality.
  • Manage your stress, as long as you can avoid anything that cause stress. Don’t forget to always try upgrade your skill about stress management
  • On the holiday you can try to spend your time together with your family, for example make a vacation in the island for few days with family.
  • If needed you can eat some male enhancement like supplement or other safe medicine, but don’t forget to discuss first with your doctor before.
  • If you have a problem, try to share your problem with some one who trusted like wife or friend. Don’t buried it too long because it can be bad effect for your health
  • Avoid over medicine consumption because that medicine could be poison for our body.

 Correction action is not the best way because what we do is just to eliminate the illness from our body but still can other bad effects even just small effect. For example: because of high depression for along time, a man have problem with sexual dysfunction and for eliminate the problem he should buy male enhancement medicine after consult with his doctor.
